Clover Dining - Test Mode

FSR Merchants are requesting the ability to put Clover Dining in Test Mode for server training. The Register software currently has this capability.

We use Clover Dining for our service so for us to be able to train our new service team members it would be beneficial to add "Test Mode" to the Clover Dining Application.
