Monthly Sales Report broken out by Tender by Day
Need the ability to have a Monthly Sales Report that shows the total Daily amount received broken out for Debit/Credit Card Sales; Cash Sales; Checks; and Gift Card Purchases all on one report. Very similar to the current Monthly Sales Report, but instead of all sales totalled together, break the totals out.

Delivery Options
For clover online ordering we need to be able to use 'delivery' as a fulfillment method (not a 3rd party, our own delivery) - so that we can deliver to customers seamlessly - Clover USA has this, but Clover Canada does not, Canadian customers simply need access to the programs you already have but made available in our country. My restaurant is very small with limited space, there is no space for the customer to wait inside if the restaurant is full housed. If an order is ready and got checked by Main Expo KDS, it will send a text message to inform customer to come in and pick up. I'm not sure if it let 1 KDS to finish all other KDS's meal when it press, if it does then good.

Ability to change Online Ordering Pick up address daily
Merchant has a food truck that drives to a different location every day. Currently the ability to change the address is not something that can be done instantly and so merchant is unable to inform his customer of his new location and the location of his foodtruck is not able to be seen by nearby customers on the clover consumer app because the location cannot be updated.

Labels, Taxes, Revenue classes driven by Category
Would be really helpful to have revenue classes, printer labels, and tax settings driven at the category level instead of at the item level. So any item created within a category would automatically inherit the category's label, tax, and associated settings.

Pre-Auth to keep a tab running via QR code ordering
There is interest to create a completely contactless ordering & payment experience by being able to open a running tab with payment pre-authorization via QR Code. Shift Reports
Most Restaurants and Bars have multiple Shifts throughout the day. Cashiers and bartenders begin their shift with a starting cash (bank) to provide change to their customers. In established restaurants cashiers/bartenders are responsible for all cash transactions, sometimes with and without manager approval. It is a Requirement for their Shift Reports to include starting bank, cash payments, cash payouts and deduction of credit card tips.
Currently Clover Shift Reports (Homebase) only tracks cash payments and credit card tips. That is unacceptable for most hospitality organizations.

employee sales report on Device
Merchant is looking for an Employee Sales Report by employee/category on the Device so that they can tip out properly. It used to be from Shifts App but Employee's need to have access to all of their Sales at the end of their shift so they can calculate shared tips with bartenders and cooks. This needs to be on the device as most employees do not have Dashboard access nor is there a computer handy most of the time.

Guest Count Reporting
Clover Dining prompts servers to enter a guest count every time a new table is opened, and this data is confirmed to be collected and stored by Clover. However, this information is completely inaccessible — it does not appear in any dashboard report, CSV export, or REST API response, making it impossible for restaurant operators to track covers served, calculate average check per cover, or use this data in any meaningful way. Color coding menu options
Currently, the colors are assigned automatically and aren't helpful. For example, a Hot drink option button would be HOT and we would choose blue buttons for Cold drinks.
Also, we NEED two order tickets automatically printed. we have to waste too much time pressing more options and pressing print order.

Fix Server Refunds
Full service restaurants have the following critical issue:
Server A accidentally closes out an order to the incorrect payment method, Manager A then refunds/voids the payment, then Server A adds the correct payment method.
In reports, it shows that Server A has taken 2 payments and that Manager A has performed 1 refund. This corrupts both the server and manager's sales reports and tip payouts.
Solution:

END OF SHIFT REPORT
End of shift Report
It would be ideal to have a report where the Servers can print out at the end of their shift, with Credit card total sales, Credit card TIPS total, Cash sales total. And if they owe the house or the house owes them Every other system, but clover has this report. Please do something about ASAP

Happy Hour Fix
Recently the Happy Hour app disabled the feature that prevents the happy hour discount from being continued past normal happy hour times. For instance if someone orders a beer that is discounted a dollar before happy hour is over and the server then reorders the item using the "+" it continues the discount...the server now has to re-ring in the item in order for the item to be at its proper price.
Happy Hour also does not let you disable it on a specific device. For instance if we have a party going on that should not receive the discount…

Restore Item Report options
The Item Sales report used to have functionality to print CATEGOERIES or CATEGORIES WITH ITEMS. This functionality was available when the user clicked the PRINT link and presented with a dialog box and several options including the Categories or with or without Items.
This option was removed this week from the Report and we would like it restored. Our ownership was accustomed to this report and the workarounds are just a lot of extra work.
