Pre-Auth to keep a tab running via QR code ordering
There is interest to create a completely contactless ordering & payment experience by being able to open a running tab with payment pre-authorization via QR Code. Allow Kitchen Printing on the Essentials Service Plan
With the recent discontinuation of the Counter-Service Restaurant service plan, some smaller venues still need to print to a remote order printer, but do not have need for online ordering or the full features of Clover Dining as included in the Restaurant Growth plan.

Being able to edit a clover dining order, after a guest pays
When a server is assisting a table that has multiple guest and one of the guest leaves early and pays their tab, the system prompts for all the remaining guest/table to pay out their order, otherwise the table is locked and no other edits can be done. Can we make an enhancement to where the table can still order, etc?

Refund Not Appearing on Server Report
Options are everything! If an employee cannot have permission to perform a refund, Clover should allow a manager or admin to use their password to allow the refund to occur under the employees own reporting. Current whomever does the refund — it goes under their reporting and the Server reports are NOT accurate. We should have the permission to make it either way.Please add this feature. You have it already for discounts.

Print from clover go
Need feature for directly pushing clover go orders to printers.
I am taking orders from outside the restaurant using call forwarding when my team is busy! I am able to save the orders but i have to call someone at the restaurant and they will the order and push to the printer…!
They will be busy and missing printing which leads to delayed orders and customer grievances…!
You guys are giving that feature to third parties like doordash, uber eats, grubhub, stream.. etc.! Why cant you donit from your own app

Order Date and Time - For Catering
When we take catering order via phone or email or even in-person, we need the ability to specify the date and time of the delivery or pick-up, and this can be in the future a few days or a few week later.
Additionally, if we can also have an option to specify up the prep date, that will be helpful, so, the orders can show up on top of the order list and print the kitchen ticket, on the day of the preparation.

Kiosk to print to epson sticky label printer clover sells
Please get the Clover kiosk to connect to the epson sticky label printer like all of the other clover hardware (solo, duo, mini, flex and COLO) for QSRs who want a sticky order label printed to stick on drink cups etc. It's great that the Kiosk will connect to KDS and star order and kitchen printers, but it needs to also work with the epson sticky label printer clover sells.

Discounts Availability and Application
Problem: Once created, discounts are only available or must be deleted AND they can be applied to both Order and Item level. They are also often disorganized.
Solution: Make discounts available or unavailable (optional) so we don't have to delete them and allow them to be applicable for Orders or Items only, or both. This way employees cannot accidentally apply BOGO 50% OFF item only discount to an entire order.
Also, please give us the ability to organize discounts alphabetically or as category/groups, also allowing to display in register separately or in categories -- perhaps we can add/delete custom categories…

Partial Payments on open tabs/orders
Partial payment order Management
Ability to running an open tab/order/check after a partial payment is applied. In a bar environment it is common to have a party of guests running a single tab/order. Some guests leave and request to apply a partial payment. Others stay and continue to add items to the existing tab/order. This option is currently not possible in Clover, but available in most competitive pos products.

Please you need to add back service charge to pop up automatically when my employee hit pay on clover system
just opened a new restaurant, but I don’t see the service charge pop up automatically when I hit “Pay.” This feature works correctly in my other three restaurants. I contacted Clover Support, and they told me that the new updates no longer include this feature. Please add this feature back.

Add Pictures to Items on the POS Terminal
The cashiers should be able to select items from catagories by looking at pictures. Not just text and color

Dayparts on Kiosk
The dayparts for menu visibility on the Clover Station Duo, Clover Solo, Mini, etc. works great, however, the dayparts do not apply to the Kiosk, which seems like a weird oversight. We need the ability for the dayparts to also apply to the Kiosk menu visibility.

Exchange Option
This is more of a complaint/suggestion, not an idea. Our business has the gold plan - Restaurant plan, but we are not a restaurant, although we utilize a lot of the same Clover options included with this plan. We are a ******** bar/tasting room that also sells merchandise. Many times a customer will purchase an item, let's just say it's a shirt, and they come back the next day or next week because it's the wrong size. On the Restaurant plan, you cannot complete an Exchange, only a Refund. So we have to refund the guest's form of payment to…

Swipe Card to Pull Up Customer Order
I have a merchant using xxxx that is interested in Clover. They are not going to move forward with Clover, because they need the ability to pull up an order simply by swiping/inserting the card that they have on file for the bar tab/pre-auth. This is a music venue/bar that gets very loud, and therefore they need the ability to pull up an order without needing to communicate with the customer over loud music. If Clover could implement this, they would 100% move.

Epson Printer Capabilities
Currently, the Epson printer connection with the Clover POS does not allow us to limit printing to only to-go orders or online/mobile orders. As a result, labels are being printed unnecessarily, which leads to wasted supplies.
We would love to explore adding this functionality to the integration, as it would help streamline operations and eliminate the need for additional labels going to waste.
Please let us know if this is something that can be supported now or considered for future enhancements.

Allow an Auto Gratuity on Invoices
We are so excited to see that Itemized invoicing & invoice tip suggestions have started to roll out!
Are there plans to make it possible to add an auto gratuity to an invoice before sending?
We work with a merchant that needs the ability to add an auto gratuity line item on some of their catering invoices. They said that some large clients always tip 15% & anticipate that the 15% will be included as a line item on the invoice already. They would like the option to still add a tip before sending, as needed.

In the dashboard, have a report that will tell you how many cover counts by hour. There is an existing sales report, but it does not show how many guests were served.

Cloning Permission Settings Roles/Permissions
Many multiple locations are under different legal corps but maybe the same owner or franchisee. Setting up multi location permission settings rather than being able to copy or close them takes a long time for a merchant to setup and delays implementation.
