    There needs to be a default modifier option. For example. A restaurant has certain menu items that come with standard modifier options. Instead of the employee clicking the modifiers every single time that item is ordered. It needs to automatically populate as default modifiers. If the customer doesn’t want a certain modifier then the employee can unselect it.
