I have a client who I signed up for the Clover Rewards preferred version, but cannot justify the $99/month upgrade because there is no way to see how many people have signed up for the "Welcome Bonus" with the preferred version as opposed to the people who used Rewards up when we were using the free version. Where is the data for new sign ups each month? Also, as of right now you cannot export your "audience" under the customers tab. You can only export "All Customers" however when you do export "all customers" it only gives a limited amount of customers, not all of them. Not even sure how it filters these customers, maybe by date they came in? but it only gives you the last month. It says we currently have 28,000+ customers, but the csv file only gave us 1001? It is very confusing. Without this data, I am unable to justify the upgrade to my client for $99 a month so we will be downgrading to the free version until this data becomes available.
