Provide an option to charge for those items, another words allow merchant to reopen the transaction and charge for the new requested items.

Thank you all for your feedback. At this time our compliance teams are requiring Two Factor Authentication to be via text or authentication app. We are unable to change this at this time

At this time the compliance teams are requiring 2 Factor Authentication to be via text or authentication app and we are unable to change this requirement. Thank you all for your feedback.

Allow merchant to reopen the transaction and add for those requested items by the customer. Obviously, must tell the customer the extra charge and with thier approval charge requested items as new addition to the sale.
