    Enable the ability to pull reports based on sales and guest count, to calculate cover averages.

    We should be able to see the total number of guests and "whole table" sales to calculate the average revenue per cover (aka guest) during a full shift, partial shift, or over a defined period. There should be a further breakdown by revenue category to calculate the average amount of each revenue category per cover (aka guest) during a defined period.

    Occasionally, our managers will begin a ticket, forget to transfer it to a server, and close it out even though the server does most of the work and should receive the tip. When we check a server out, we have to manually modify their tips to include those "given" to the manager.

    Allow us to transfer closed transactions between servers before batch close for the day.
