Every single POS system out there does this, without a forum of people begging them for years to get it done. The reality is the data is there, we're all entering headcount per table and have been for years. We need this data ASAP.

Any Update on this. This is a much better metric than the number of orders. It's the only system I've ever seen that doesn't report cover count.

Enable the ability to pull reports based on sales and guest count, to calculate cover averages.
We should be able to see the total number of guests and "whole table" sales to calculate the average revenue per cover (aka guest) during a full shift, partial shift, or over a defined period. There should be a further breakdown by revenue category to calculate the average amount of each revenue category per cover (aka guest) during a defined period.

Guest Count -The client uses seat numbers at tables and cannot figure out a way to remove guest(s) without affecting the assigned seat numbers
Example - 4 people at a table, Guest 1 and 4 leave, the client would like the ticket to show Seat 3 and 2 remain, instead the numbers change to guest 1 and 2

Many other restaurant POS systems have reporting showing the number of guests served during a specified time frame. Clover has transaction and order reporting, but nothing that shows number of guests from the Clover Dining app. Is that something we can get added into the Clover Reporting App.

Is there any Update on the ability for Clover Dining/Table Service merchants to pull Guest Count in Reporting? I see second half of 2023 is mentioned above - that was in March. I'm hoping no later than 4th Quarter of this year

have the ability to find in reports how many guest have ordered in the day and how many were seated

As of right now, the guest count doesn't appear in any of the reports including the actual check or order. Can you please have that show in the guest checks?

Merchants need this feature to prevent extra food being made each time an order ticket is not fixed. Even adding a simple text line inline with the item when something is cancelled/deleted/Voided.
IF this is a feature of the new Void reasoning please update all merchants appropriately as nothing new has been put out on this issue.

Turned on Guest Count on Clover Flex, March 1, 2023. It gives you the ability to count the number of people at the table before ordering as an option. There are two other options as well. So where does this data get reported? Can't find it on the Dashboard or in the reports?
