Thanks for sharing this.
We already support Guest Count on Dining App. When you start a new order on empty table with capacity(say 5), we add 5 guests on register view for placing order. You can always edit this guest count by clicking on "5 guests" on top left.
We also have configuration where a pop-up will prompt server to add exact guest count while start of order. This setting can be enabled by going to Clover Dining Home Page > Click on Hamburger menu on top left > Settings > Define Guest Count > Choose - Set the guest count manually before creating an order.
