An error occurred while saving the comment Bobby Combs commentedI use a third party website company that has the ability for customers to make their tip for the delivery driver on the app. In clover we have to enter in the order so the Kitchen can make the order but when we do this, Clover will ask for a payment and if we select DoorDash or check for this payment just so we can make the order, we have no way of giving the driver the tip because it is not a credit card.

Hello,
This feature is under review.
A current workaround is to set up one device with counter service (tip on tablet) and another device with tip on paper.
Thanks,
Clover Product

An error occurred while saving the comment Bobby Combs commentedClover this is not a hard fix. Change the code to have the tip stay on the person who originally opened the ticket and not the person who took the payment. Waitstaff do not make a lot of money for their hourly pay and depend on the tips.

Have each order type a different color. With each order having a different color the kitchen could easily look and know that Green is Dine in, Yellow is To Go, Purple is Delivery as an example. Anything to speed up the kitchen and reduce errors is key.
