    There is currently no way to quickly determine the restaurants (or individuals) sales break down for Food and Liquor. This information (liquor sales) would be useful for servers at the end of each shift to determine the amount they must tip out the bartenders. Additionally, this information would be extremely beneficial for the restaurant to determine sales of periods (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly). There has to be a better way to do this, than continuing it on our fingers or with scrap paper. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. It would be helpful if each employees "SHIFT REPORT". stated how much their shift sales were (and broke it down by food and liquor). Another option (if applicable) would be to allow us to 'color code' the liquor, beer, wine, etc a certain color, and then we could query the sales by color? There has to be a better way to do this. Please help.
