At the very least, let us change the small colored line to the color of our choosing. Example: Appetizers are red, burgers and sandwiches green, meals blue.

My kitchen and bar are separate from each other (you order food at a window similar to a cafeteria; AKA no servers) so the bar doesn't need the food on their station, but because the 2 stations are linked I had to put "bar" as the main category, then "draft beer", "bottled beer" as the sub-category, which left me no choice but to put the individual beers "Miller Lite", "Budweiser", etc. as modifiers because there would have been way to many categories to scroll through to get to the bar menu. We should be able to have unlimited categories and sub-categories.

It's not that something is missing, it's that there's too much information for some vendors. I, for example, don't need a 5 foot long report every day telling me my employee stats, gross online payments, gross offline payment, etc. - unless I'm specifically looking for a problem. I just need a 5 inch long report telling me the "Tender Stats". It would be nice to pick the categories ("tender stats", "label summary", "employee stats", etc.) we want and don't want printed.
