    We would like to see and option to be able to exchange items for other items in inventory of all values. Today unfortunately an employee made a mistake that cost us $50. This is also an inconvenience as customers do not want to be debited again as they are unsure when they will see a return for their original transaction.

    I wish when you were on reporting and had a date say month of Oct. that when you toggled between stores it kept that date range.
