Apps/App Marketplace

Welcome to the feedback forum for Apps and the Clover App Marketplace. Please share your ideas for how we can improve the user experience of the Clover App Marketplace as well as how different types of apps offered can be enhanced. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

1. App Marketplace Functionality: Share your thoughts on how the App Marketplace as a whole can function more effectively. Is it easy to find the apps that you are looking for?

2. Suggestions for Current Apps: Tell us what new features you would like to see on existing apps. Make sure to include specific app names in your comments/ideas when possible. If you are providing an idea for a generic category of existing apps (e.g. all loyalty apps), please include your suggestion here.

3. Apps Needed: See a gap in the current app offerings? Tell us! If you are not sure if your suggestion exists in the App Marketplace, don’t worry.

  1. App for managing memberships (gyms, museums, studios, etc.)

    There should be an app that helps gyms, museums, clubs, etc. manage their memberships, track visits, and can easily access members via Register

  2. Third Party APP Cartwheels needed to manage on line delivery orders into Clover POS

    Why Clover is not adding Cartwheels to the portfolio for Merchants to use their service since Clover doesn't offer anything close to that?

    Cartwheels offer; AI-powered, Auto dispatch, Web-app account, Route optimization, Real-time map view, Age verification, Image capture, Phone number masking, Analytics report, Pre-schedule for catering, Feedback collection, Predictive ETAs, Open APIs

  4. Installation of 3rd party apps

    We just got Uber Eats, which uses their own app to manage order acceptance. Installing that app on a Clover device would reduce the number of devices we need in store without having to pay some other service a monthly fee to do the same thing. No reason we need a separate tablet to manage them. No reason to use some non-Clover, non-Uber app to manage the service. The app is available on the Google Play Store and is designed for Android devices, which all of our Clover devices are.
