Taking Payments

There are a lot of ways to take a payment. Provide your ideas to help advance Clover’s payments acceptance process here. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

1. Virtual Terminal: Provide all feedback on the Virtual Terminal in this category. How can we make this solution more useful for merchants?

2. Refunds/Exchanges: If you have any feedback on Clover’s refund or exchange functions please let us know here.

3. Recurring Payments: Share your thoughts on accepting recurring payments here. Tell us how we can improve.

4. Invoicing: Is there any functionality that can be added to our systems to enhance the invoicing feature? Put your ideas in this forum category.

  1. Healthcare Plan Payments - Request Payment Card

    Most customers prefer to enter their credit card for recurring payments. As a business owner I should be able to setup a recurring payment plan for a patient and request the patient to enter the payment card. This way we are not manually entering the patient's card details. This feature is available in Loyalzoo Memberships app. This feature would be a great addition to Clover Dashboard

  2. recurring payment printing from the clover device

    Could you guys allow the recurring payment be printed from the device if an overdue amount status is shown and if a paid status is shown. Also a batch report for recurring payment if multiple payments are made on a particular day.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your suggestion, but this auto-printing request does not align with our current priorities. For reporting, merchants can use the Clover dashboard to view/print their recurring payment activity.
