Ability to edit Paid Orders
Requesting to be able to adjust or edit Orders after they have been paid. Mistakes happen where the wrong tender or item could have been selected. For instances like that, Admins should be able to make corrections when necessary, regardless if the Order is Paid or not... especially while the customer is still present and the batch is open.

Kitchen Display Screen
Merchants are requesting a more seamless direct integration with a KDS. They are aware of the 3rd party apps but prefer a Clover integration.

Ability to reopen a table/order if server accidently closes the wrong table
Server closes the wrong table and quickly realizes the mistake. There is no way to reopen the table to my knowledge without reentering all the orders. If its a large table what a pain.

Editing Order and Adding Items to the Bill after the first person leaves the table
I am Hossein, one of the managers of Diyako Cafe. We are using Clover systems, and we have a very important problem with that. In the case that we have more than one person on a table, and we serve some items to them, when the first person wants to pay for its order and leave and the other people remains, we can’t add any other items to the table. In this situation, the invoice is frozen and the only possible action is asking other guests to pay for their current bill, close the bill and open a new bill…
