Welcome to the Clover Restaurant Forum. You're here because you are a Clover Restaurant merchant and would like to submit ideas that you feel would enhance/improve Clover's current offerings in the Restaurant space.

Clover Dining: Ideas related to table management and the Clover Dining experience.

Employees: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clovers employee management software. This includes permissions, viewing and editing employee roles, employee satisfaction, scheduling, owner access and more. If you have tipping suggestions, please include these ideas in the Tipping category of the Taking Payments forum.

Engagement: Share your thoughts on Clover’s built-in software that allows businesses to manage customers including viewing/storing customer information.

Clover GO: Clover GO is a mobile POS system designed for businesses that need to accept payments on the go.

Hardware: Ideas related to Clover hardware in the Restaurant space

Inventory: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clover’s inventory management software.

Invoice: Ideas related to Clover’s Invoicing feature.

Kitchen Management: Ideas related to KDS, Kitchen Printers, etc.

  1. Dayparts on Kiosk

    The dayparts for menu visibility on the Clover Station Duo, Clover Solo, Mini, etc. works great, however, the dayparts do not apply to the Kiosk, which seems like a weird oversight. We need the ability for the dayparts to also apply to the Kiosk menu visibility.

  2. Generate Menu Images using AI

    Clover should have a service where Clover can generate menu images or edit menu images for COLO using an AI service if a merchant does not have images available or the resources to capture or edit their own images.

  3. Color coding menu options

    Currently, the colors are assigned automatically and aren't helpful. For example, a Hot drink option button would be HOT and we would choose blue buttons for Cold drinks.

    Also, we NEED two order tickets automatically printed. we have to waste too much time pressing more options and pressing print order.

    The kiosk should upsell on items as clover.com and Sales info states it does

  6. New Item entry or adjustment- menu, online Dashboard view

    Two things: First, I use an iPad Pro to do most of my Menu / item entry, updates, etc. and do it on the website/dashboard. I used to be able to enter the item and complete all fields. Now, I have to go to a whole new page to enter the menu/ assign the item. Waste of time. Also, on the iPad on the dash board the screen would slide left and right, as needed to click the + button to enter the category and label. Now the screen is locked and I cannot add the category or label. TO…

  7. to go further on sub modifier we need add and remove button and the ability to hide modifiers.

    to go further on sub modifier, we need add and remove button and the ability to hide modifiers. The open concept modifiers are not for everyone. Many merchants think it makes the screen too busy or cluttered. We need to be able to hide whats in each modifier until its opened.

    Also, adding simple add and remove buttons would be nice.

  8. WHY did Clover REMOVE ability for Merchants to have DELIVERY OPTION in CLOVER ONLINE and WHY is DOORDASH the ONLY OPTION...DUMB!!

    CLOVER NEEDS to STOP REMOVING and CHANGING things without CONSIDERING END USER "NEEDS" - Such as ONLINE DELIVERY

    Clover needs to STOP making HOMEBASE the Timeclock Option - TERRIBLE Customer Support, FREEZES and keeps people from being to sign in - Disrespects value of time and makes terrible experience for Businesses

    WHY did Clover REMOVE "set up" option for Merchants to use their OWN DELIVERY and set parameters and Delivery Fee in the Dashboard for ONLINE Orders via Clover APP and Google Search???

    WHY are Merchants NOW "ONLY" given option for DELIVERY in Dashboard ..."VIA DOORDASH, etc...???!!!""
