Allow certain items to be ordered at a specific times ("menu time availability")
Have a setting on the Clover online ordering, Clover register, Clover dining to assign items/category availability.
For example breakfast sandwich or all items listed breakfast category can only be ordered from 7:00 AM-10:00AM
Cheeseburger is only available to be order online from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM.163 votes -
Multi-Level Menu Options
The menu will only go one level deep. For a full service restaurant with a full bar, they have to have too many tabs because the menu won't go more than one level. They have to have a menu option for each type of liquor in order to list the corresponding cocktails and liquors rather than selecting liquor, then the type, then the ******** ordered.

Timeframes for Multiple Online Menus
It would also be nice for menus to have time frames. Lunch is available Tuesday through Thursday 11 - 3 and brunch is available Sat & Sun.
Not sure why i am able to create multiple menus if I cannot change the times...9 votes -
Make 86ing Online menu items easier.
Why did Clover take away the column for 'Online' in the inventory app on the device? Seems the only way to remove an item is now through the dashboard. This is not easier when a restaurant is busy. We need a way to remove (not just grey out and say "unavailable") a menu item from the online menu. It was there until a couple of months ago.
6 votesHello, Thanks for your feedback. Kindly note "Show Online" field was not meant to be used to 86 items. It was a field to identify items to be sold online. Please mark items as Out of stock through POS device/ dashboard to 86 items

Making Schedules for Items or Categories
I would like to have the ability to only show our Breakfast Category during our breakfast hours that are from 6am-12pm on our POS. Currently there is no way of doing it with setting a time. I can only do it manually and that is hard because I am not always here to do it. I would prefer something that would automatically do it once I make a schedule in the system. I also would like to have the ability to only show our late hour menu between the hours of 8pm-230am. This is a big inconvenience! Its hard for…
5 votesThank you for submitting this requirement to Clover. This feature has been on our roadmap and we've started working on it. We should be able to provide this functionality to you shortly, which will let you create and manage POS menus for specific times of the day.

Adding menu items to online menu from device
We should be able to add menu items to our online menu from the device. We used to be able to do this with the "online" column in the inventory app. Clover has taken the entire column away, making the only way to add an item through the dashboard. This is not convenient.
5 votesHello, thank you for your feedback. While we acknowledge the issue, it is currently not in our plan. However, we will make a note of this point and add it to our product roadmap.

Online Menu on Google
Online Menu on Google Suppose to be on the top of the online ordering list and it suppose to be named with the restaurant name, because our online list start with Grubhub and seamless and doordash then Order Clover so Order Clover has to be the first then it is better to call it with the restaurant name because a lots of customer does not know what Order clover means and they think it is another ordering company instead of knowing that is our direct online ordering especially that it has our original prices comparing to other online ordering companies…

Merchant would like online menus to have option for different modifiers than what appears on POS.
Modifier prices and names are the same as the items listed in Items List. Merchant would like the modifiers and items to be completely independent of item list in online menus.
3 votesHello, Thanks for your feedback. We are building in a feature where you can change the price of all modifiers for a given menu. You should soon have this feature. Thanks.

Kiosk Items and pricing should not be grouped with Online
I purchased 5 different terminals from Clover including a Clover Kiosk station, flex, duo, and minis only to find out that the pricing for the kiosk items are the same as what's displayed online. We charge different prices for online orders using clover integration with uber, door dash as these third party companies charge a huge cut. I do not understand why a kiosk that is processing orders instore have to be categorized with online orders and not with the pos such as the flex. Im trying everyway to work around this issue by not assigning items to categories to…

Online Menus
Allow restaurants to sort their online menus by Category or Item (including alphabetically) for fast access to turn items on and off depending on availability. Right now, I just see a list of all items available, which makes it difficult to go through the entire list just to turn one or two items off.

Pizza Buider
The biggest thing that we find lacking with Clover is a Pizza Builder Function. Having Pizza size prefix's choices that show in front of the item name instead of a modifer, listing below. Currently the size is done as a modifier or separate menu item buttons, a prefix choice could make ordering much smoother and order receipts much easier to read. Also, modifier groups that can be priced according to the size or half topping choice, instead of having multiple modifier groups for whole topping, left side/1st half, right side/2nd half. This would cut down on time for staff and…

Remove or at least give the option to turn on / off the "All items" tab in kiosk menu
Right now as soon as the customer enters the menu, all they see is the "all items" tab with everything on the menu organized alpha-numerically. This is not the best way to present the menu, in a big lump with everything presented all mixed together. At least give us a button to turn on / off the "all items" tab!!!!!!! There is no where in the dashboard about a "all items" tab, it just showed up on the kiosk.
1 voteHello, Thanks you for your feedback. We will consider this in our roadmap.

Additional Price Category
Online ordering is great, and integration is great, but it would be REALLY great if we could simply have categories such as POS / UBER / SKIP / DOOR DASH and have the price we want to charge in each, then the menu is automatically (integrated) and updated on the 3rd party site, 3rd parties charge so much for their service its almost impossible to offer the same price inside as you do on 3rd parties and you should not have to make a 'copy' of an item to do this, which can lead to mistakes, make it streamlined and…
1 voteHello, thank you for your feedback. We are enhancing our Menus feature to allow you to create POS menus where the same items sold online can be offered at a lower price. You will be able to control the prices of items on a per-menu basis.
Ex: You can create 3 menus : One for DD, One for your Clover Online and one more for POS and have same set of items in each menu, while you could have differential prices for DD, Clover Online and Store.

Need ability to "Edit Menu Prices" for selected items
Need ability to "Edit Menu Prices" for selected items not just the entire menu. We have a menu that is marked up by 30%. When I add a new menu item, it is not marked up and there is no way to do it, other than duplicating the item. Now you have 2 items to manage for 1 item. Ideally would like the "Edit Menu Prices" feature to be applied to only the selected items.
1 voteThanks for reaching out to Clover. We acknowledge your need and will review it. In the mean time, you may want to try this work around. When you add a new item into the menu (that already had a price adjustment), you can change the item price of only that item within the menu so that it is in par with your menu mark up price.

"Reset to POS Prices Button” on the Online Order Edit menu Prices
Online Order should have a "Reset Prices to POS” when we edit the menu prices. When editing the prices and increasing the percentage for the menu, you are able to add a percentage but what happens if you want to go from say 30$ (uber/ Doordash) to 15%. it adds up to 45%
1 voteHello, Thanks for your feedback. We have enhanced this feature where you can also decrement the price of items, increment/ decrement price of modifiers on a per-menu basis. We will be rolling out this enhancement shortly.
