should be able to increase prices on everything including group modifiers and not just on items,
also be able to duplicate online menue across locations

    Nom when creating online menu and increase price, only item price increase and the add-on or modifier cannot change or increase the price. only store front can do. This effected when delivery charge 30% commission, but we cannot increase price, this will be very hard for restaurant. but if we increase store front price, it will be very hard for customer.
