Make 86ing Online menu items easier.
Why did Clover take away the column for 'Online' in the inventory app on the device? Seems the only way to remove an item is now through the dashboard. This is not easier when a restaurant is busy. We need a way to remove (not just grey out and say "unavailable") a menu item from the online menu. It was there until a couple of months ago.
6 votesHello, Thanks for your feedback. Kindly note "Show Online" field was not meant to be used to 86 items. It was a field to identify items to be sold online. Please mark items as Out of stock through POS device/ dashboard to 86 items

Adding menu items to online menu from device
We should be able to add menu items to our online menu from the device. We used to be able to do this with the "online" column in the inventory app. Clover has taken the entire column away, making the only way to add an item through the dashboard. This is not convenient.
5 votesHello, thank you for your feedback. While we acknowledge the issue, it is currently not in our plan. However, we will make a note of this point and add it to our product roadmap.
