Multi-Location Users and Permissioning
Owner needs to be able to manage users and their permissions. User list should show users already created at individual locations. The permissions need to override those at the individual location. This prevents or allows individual locations to edit menus.

Multi-Location MID groups
The primary Multi-Location user needs full grouping and group editing capabilities. For example, 17 open MIDs under one ISO with 3 MIDs in New York, 13 MIDs in Miami and 1 MID in Orlando. The user only sees 1 group titled by the MID of the HQ account with the chain code.
so rather than

Franchisor-Level Menu Locking
Need :
Currently, each franchisee can freely modify their location's menu, including adding items that are not part of the offering approved by the franchisor. This undermines brand consistency and makes it difficult to control the offering across the network.Requested functionality:
- Allow the franchisor to lock the master menu across all franchise locations, with:

- No ability for a franchisee to add, delete, or rename a locked item;
- Configurable locking at the element level (item, category, price, modifiers), so the franchisor can…1 voteThank you for submitting your Idea to UserVoice.

Requesting an enhancement that allows items to maintain a shared/master Item ID across all locations within a…

Bulk Import & Export for Multi-Location Inventory
Please add the ability to import and export inventory directly from the Multi-Location Web Dashboard (MLWD).
For businesses managing multiple locations, making inventory updates one item at a time through the MLWD is extremely time-consuming, especially for menu changes, seasonal updates, price changes, and adding new items across an entire organization.
The ability to export inventory, make changes in Excel, and re-import those changes would significantly reduce the time required to maintain inventory while improving accuracy and consistency across all locations.
Benefits:
- Faster menu and inventory updates across multiple locations.
- Reduced manual entry and the risk of errors.
- Easier management…
