  1. Owner needs to be able to manage users and their permissions. User list should show users already created at individual locations. The permissions need to override those at the individual location. This prevents or allows individual locations to edit menus.

  2. The primary Multi-Location user needs full grouping and group editing capabilities. For example, 17 open MIDs under one ISO with 3 MIDs in New York, 13 MIDs in Miami and 1 MID in Orlando. The user only sees 1 group titled by the MID of the HQ account with the chain code.
    so rather than
    x1234 (17) >
    the user can edit
    (no HQ or other non-processing accounts)
    (no closed accounts)
    (no accounts from non A1 Payment Processing)
    A1 Payment Processing (17) > (changes override all changes)
    Miami (13) > (changes only affect Miami MIDs)
    New York (3) > changes…

  4. Ability to compare fields and perform export / import functions. Does not need to be limited to Multi-Location. However, Multi-Location would add additional hierarchy level modifications / restrictions.

  5. Need :
    Currently, each franchisee can freely modify their location's menu, including adding items that are not part of the offering approved by the franchisor. This undermines brand consistency and makes it difficult to control the offering across the network.

    Requested functionality:
    - Allow the franchisor to lock the master menu across all franchise locations, with:
    - A central menu defined and controlled by the franchisor, pushed automatically to all locations;
    - No ability for a franchisee to add, delete, or rename a locked item;
    - Configurable locking at the element level (item, category, price, modifiers), so the franchisor can…

  6. Multi-location merchants using Clover Enterprise currently receive unique Clover Item IDs at each location, even when menus are centrally managed through Multi-Location tools. Testing confirmed that uploading and managing menus through Multi-Location still generates different Clover Item IDs per location.

    This creates challenges for third-party integrations that rely on Clover Item IDs for product mapping. As a result, merchants operating multiple locations are forced to maintain separate menus and mappings for each store, despite managing inventory and menu updates centrally through Clover Enterprise.

    Requesting an enhancement that allows items to maintain a shared/master Item ID across all locations within a…

  7. Please add the ability to import and export inventory directly from the Multi-Location Web Dashboard (MLWD).

    For businesses managing multiple locations, making inventory updates one item at a time through the MLWD is extremely time-consuming, especially for menu changes, seasonal updates, price changes, and adding new items across an entire organization.

    The ability to export inventory, make changes in Excel, and re-import those changes would significantly reduce the time required to maintain inventory while improving accuracy and consistency across all locations.

    Benefits:

    • Faster menu and inventory updates across multiple locations.
    • Reduced manual entry and the risk of errors.
    • Easier management…
