Caller ID Integration for Customer Profiles
I have not heard of this in circulation and would be a unique feature that most point of sales do not offer. Here is the functionality.
When a a customer calls, the system identifies the phone number and matches it to an existing customer profile in the Clover Point of sale. If a match is found the profile is displayed on the clover device, allowing staff to view or edit details, or create new sale or order. If no profile exists, it prompts the creation of a new one using the caller's information/or just phone number.

I would like to access the open orders
I would like to access the open orders report on a monthly, or with a custom built date range in the dashboard, right now its only available in the device and as a owner of business its not possible to have a physical presence before the device to run a report.

Clover Gift Card App
Enhancement for Clover Gift Card App --
When setting up the Clover Gift Card App, enable on-screen prompts for the user so that it prevents them from setting up a secondary gift card entitlement number, causing unnecessary impact to the user. Potential probing prompts on screen, such as:
Do you already have a Gift Card Entitlement Number?
- If so, enter here ____ - then it would allow user to enter entitlement number, syncing and chaining the location to all other locations which share the same entitlement number

Delete customers
I can delete one customer at a time, but I cannot delete all my customers and start fresh. Please add that option.

Customer Rewards API / Data Export
As many companies use external options for a marketing suite then Clover apps, I believe having an export of the rewards data is very valuable. Since there is no direct correlation between Rewards Users and Customers inside of your clover account, there is no dedicated API endpoint, or means of export to get rewards users, but there is for Customers. I would like to see either the relationship between Rewards Users & Customers, or a way to export Rewards Users data, as this is an easier way to keep your marketing avenues up to date and in sync with your…

Update to my "clover rewards not working" issue
Full disclosure regarding my "clover rewards not working" complaint write up:
My previous write up was extremely critical and I want to now speak of a much better customer service experience.
Today, tech customer service rep, Rodney, helped me to see that my rewards program is working as intended by reviewing my dashboard. My issue was not the rewards program.
The problem we still have, however, is our orders app on our clover duo is not working correctly when our customers "check in" with their phone number. Add PNG and JPEG Business Promotion deals on Duo mini screen
Use the customer facing screen from the station duo 2 to upload marketing jpeg or PNG announcements, when the customer is waiting for payments, multiple promo ads are changing every 5-10s on the duo customer facing screen

Customers app direct link
There was an option within an order that would take you directly to the customer's profile (marked by a blue box with a pencil inside of it, just below the employee's name that was taking the order). Can you please add that back in? I noticed it missing about 8 days ago. I thought it was a setting on my end, but it was due to a software update.

Exporting contacts for email automation - Moosend specifically
I had square and could sync my customer data to my email platform (Moosend), now I see that I need to purchase an app, however I can't find one that offers compatibility with moosend and I'm not going to switch my email platform. I also can't believe what cost me nothing extra per month (Square), I now have to nickel and dime to add on apps to provide the same features I once had before. I wish there was more INCLUDED with clover.
