  2. We need to be able to refund specific amounts and/or just the tip on specific transactions. There have been several occurrences when, despite their best efforts, my employees have input too large of a tip amount. Example: a customer left a $4.00 tip, but they accidentally put $44.00. It was a total accident, but it went unnoticed until the next day after the credit sales had been closed out. Then, we could only refund the entire transaction or specific items. If we were able to refund just the tip or even the specific amount of $40.00 our problem could have…

  3. To make Refunds safe & Secure for the Owners :

    If employee is making any refund to the Customer and owner is not available at the store, so at that moment owner should receive some kind of Verification Code on his Cell phone, where same code can be provided to employee to proceed with the Refund. Once the Refund is issued by the employee a notification should pop up on the owner's Cell phone with the Refund Amount issued & other transactional details.

  4. When we ship the Flex and the Pocket, we should have the Refund function turned off for all roles along with Manual Transaction. Clients are being defrauded as card holders will refund large amounts on multiple cards. Shipping the device with the default of those two functions being turned off, would save a lot of clients, time and money.

  5. The client has requested gift cards as an option when performing manual refunds, current options offer check, cash, and card only.

  6. We have the mobile card reader for our deliveries and you guys used to have an option for a partial refund now it’s just a full refund. Can we suggest a partial refund option to put in the next update please?

  7. Make a way that customer will make signature (in the clover duo machine or any other machine that makes digital signature) not just for transaction but also for store policy such as "No Refund".
