  1. Custom fields - Hosted Payments Page Enhancements

    Is there an update on adding custom fields to the HPP? The support site indicated this enhancement would be coming Q3/Q4 2024, so just checking on the status. At a minimum, the ability to add an "invoice number" field (like what's on the VT) would allow more flexibility for many merchants. Thank you!

  2. Invoices Payments

    Using the Virtual Terminal, the only way to pay invoices is by the customer using their card. It would be amazing if the invoices can be paid with other forms of payments.

  3. Currency

    We would like to be able to choose another currency that CAD for our clients from abroad... on the Terminal or for payment links..

  4. Need to see customer name I entered on virtual terminal

    I am being audited and need to provide transaction matching customers reservation. I entered the name on the virtual terminal but it does not display on the transaction report.

    Thank you for submitting your Idea to UserVoice. Customers name is displayed in the transactions app. In addition, you can use transaction export functionality to export the report. Also, I recommend reaching out to Clover support team in case you believe the Clover platform is not working correctly.

  5. Ability for customers to add 3% to cover processing costs for non-profits/charities

    There are other "donation portals" that serve the non-profit community that offer the ability for the customer to add 3% to cover the cost of processing. This would help us compete in the non-profit space. These portals also typically have a button that allows the customer to make their payment/donation recurring.
