Virtual Terminal/New Sale: Select from Items List in Clover Terminal
For telephone purchases/payments, we would like the ability to pull/select from the Items list in the Clover Terminal into the New Sale on the Virtual Terminal. Should be able to show itemized list and total sale in the receipt sent to customer. Currently we can only enter a total sale amount, with a "Note for item or service" in a text box.

Payment Link should not allow duplicate payments
A customer of mine was able to process duplicate payments for a payment link I sent them. They payment link should not allow duplicate payments or should expire once the initial payment is processed. Otherwise, two people from the same office can pay multiple times without knowing.
9 votesThank you for your submission. The idea behind payment links is that they can be used by multiple customers for promotions or donations. If you want to request a one-time payment, the best way is to send an invoice. You can now also create an invoice and send a link to it, which will expire after a successful payment

Allow for remove taking payments through virtual terminal.
Allow for you to remove access to take payments on Virtual Terminal or separate out the invoicing section. This will make the system more PCI Compliant in relation to invoicing where you aren't enter credit card information on your keyboard.

Easier Access to Creating Payment Links
Move the option to create payment links to the virtual terminal screen. It doesn't make sense to have to go through a settings menu to create a URL or QR code payment link.

Account number
For a client to pay using the QR code for the hosted check out, please add a account/invoice number field to the payment link feature. The information added to the field should also be available when looking at the transaction in the payment details section. How else is the merchant to know what the payment is for?
2 votesThank you for your submission! You can add custom fields to your payment links by navigating to Settings > Custom Fields to create the field and then enabling it in Hosted Checkout.

Virtual terminal, hosted checkouts, must be dedicated for credit-debit, not combine with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or google pay
As soon as you enter the payment amount, these options for Google pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, pop up, giving the customer the impression that this link is for these payment options. They do not go further, click on one of them and because most of the customers never set up theri Google Pay, Apple Pay or Samsung Pay account, payment gets rejected and we do not get payment, you do not get your fees.
We did not ask for these enhancements, which are affecting our business revenue, and if you want to provide these options, do not mix with…

Remove second language on Invoices
We are a business that doesn't have french language support. Additionally all of our customers are English speaking. We would like to have the option to remove the French that is automatically added to our e-invoices that are coming from the virtual terminal.
