  1. Compact Needs

    Need for partial refunds. Need for bypass surcharge. Need for the ability to pull daily reports from a Clover compact. Need for the ability to close a Compact and receive a report from only that terminal with a report and not event other terminals in that office.

  4. clover solo with nfc reader

    Clover Solo needs an NFC Reader. It faster to tap than insert a card. With NFC reader, It would be more Suitable for a Smaller foot print and lower cost Kiosk.

  5. "Car Tracking Mode" For Flex

    For Merchants who travel to deliver at-home services or employ their own delivery drivers with COLO, there should be a "car tracking mode" on the Flex that could track drivers on the way to their destinations. It could potentially auto-text the recipient (if they opt-in) and have a KDS integration to show status of delivery including time and distance for a restaurant. This would also be useful reporting for delivery time and time spent at destination averages across industries.

  6. Make it mandatory to provide phone number on kiosk

    Allow merchants to force customers to provide a phone number when using the Kiosk.

    Currently, the Kiosk only requires customers to provide their name. We need to be able to make customers provide a name and a phone number before they can place an order on the Kiosk.

  7. I strongly believe that Clover duo is maxed out and needs to be replaced with something that has more RAM or memory to it because it is cons

    In my opinion, the Clover duo is by far the weakest link in the arsenal of Clover devices. Every time I put this device in a high-performing fast restaurant environment, it starts having lagging issues and freezing issues. I’ve used it in a coffee shop, I’ve used it in a med spa, and I’ve used it in a Mexican food restaurant. I never have these problems with the Clover solo, but it seems like every time I try the Clover duo and one of these environments I always regret it. I am convinced that the memory capabilities are beyond maxed…

  8. Clover Compact Terminal/Pin Pad design

    It's required to connect the Pin Pad to WiFi and sometimes the connection is weak causing the pinned to have to be reset ending in the customer calling and complaining!

  10. Move wiring to the back of the Solo and Duo display

    The placement of the wire plugs on the bottom of the base is problematic from a moisture perspective (in bars and restaurants). Moving the wiring to the back of the display screen would alleviate a lot of hardware replacements and also allow the Solo to be used as a wall mounted POS in Bars and restaurants with limited space

  12. Our business needs a 15ft or longer extension cord for the clover station duo, but none available to reach our customers location

    Our business setup needs a 15 ft or longer extension cord to reach our customer's location, but none is available at Clover.
    We call your hardware dept and was told only a 5ft cord is available.
    For Clover to meet the needs of their customers, its important to have basic equipment like a longer extension cord. It should not be difficult for Clover to create one.

  13. Screen timeout

    Please bring back making the mini clover to not timeout to a black screen. I use the mini clover for a un maned micro mart and the screen times out after 30 mins which makes it harder for the customer to make a purchase.
