   A delete column with inputs No (default, could leave blank) and Yes would be an ideal execution of this suggestion. That way you could simply specify which items to be deleted by entering a Yes in the column and upon import those items would be removed. The import confirmation screen should also warn the user that items are being deleted and provide a list to help prevent accidental deletions.
