  1. Instead of only allowing for test mode only on the station devices, we'd like to have test mode available for all Clover devices. This may need to be something that is associated with the service plan instead of the device if it is tied to the Register app or otherwise use coding from the Station software and input for all Clover devices. This would benefit Clover associates who are conducting device training for merchants and their employees initially and for merchants who would conduct training for any future employees. Test mode on all devices would help prevent any erroneous transactions…

  3. BACK BUTTON. New Clover user here, about 2 months in. Staff comes to me multiple times a day stuck in the payment screen. We have to comp that ticket and make a new one and hopefully they remember to put "do not make" so the kitchen doesn't make the food again. Our customers check out at the front register after eating. We split them up by guests. If one pays, we can't go back if the second guest wants to add a cookie or use a discount code. This holds up the line and makes reporting a bit messy.
