We are continuing to update and refine the pages. I was able to search and find articles on tethering. We also offer chat support for help.

The help section really needs HELP. I have more luck getting on YouTube with people showing how to do things than on the website. In fact, for training, we provide our staff with YouTube videos to help train them.

Agree! It would be helpful to go online to help and find the answers on how to do an exchange, return, change inventory, add item, troubleshoot etc. Time is money and we can't be on the phone or wait for a call to figure out a problem with how to do something or fix the system.
