Setting to 'force' entry of CVV when manually entering card number on handset
Currently there is a no default option to 'require' input of the CVV on a manual transaction. This makes fraudulent manual card entry easier. Having a setting that requires the CVV would eliminate instances of fraud where the scammer has the card number and expiration date but not the CVV (this is all they currently require to 'force' a transaction).

Merchant wants the CVV on the device be mandatory and not be able to see the skip option. They would to have this feature to enable and disable when needed to prevent fraudsters.
