Need to have a quality assurance team for 3rd party apps
There are many apps on the 3rd party marketplace that are frankly garbage. When a Clover merchant has a bad experience with one of these apps, it doesn't reflect poorly on the app developer, it reflects poorly on Clover. Do we have a small team of testers who are validating the claims of these apps? I think we should. Apple polices their app store in this way.

1. Orlandoticketstore.com the website is not valid and why would we approve an application that would only 1 city (Orlando) in the whole country.
2. Sultan Payments another broken website and really makes no sense. Clover can do all this without using this add.
Make it make sense and stop accepting these silly app that have no revelance. It is frustrating when you are looking for a product and come across business on here that dont answer phone. It like some kid in the basement of his parents home creating app and we are approving them.

Need to do a better job vetting these app. I have been trying to get contact with multiples apps
over the last year and they dont answer phone or respond to email. I am the sales rep and no way I can vouch or endorse a product I know the customer is going to have a hard time getting through to but steadily billing customers.
