We use Clover for our small record store. We do a lot of special orders for our customers and would love an app that would take their name, contact info, name of the item and maybe things like release date, cost, whether it's currently available or on backorder, type of medium, whether it was paid at time of placement or not. Then, when our inventory was updated and the item was entered into Clover it would populate a report with the names of the people whose orders had filled. Or maybe their invoices could auto print? We don't want/need this for online sales because our website takes care of those, we need this for the in-store customer so we can capture future sales.
