Developer Relations
There is no way for developers to get help. We've sent multiple requests to the developer relations email, and at first got a response, but before they were able to help us, they stopped responding. Now we haven't heard back in 3 months. The community forum is full of spam and bots selling services.
We have a very small ask and just need a response from developer relations. It's not a new feature, it would probably take less than 5 minutes to setup.

Our original request was to get our private app installed with 1 pilot merchant who agreed to the install. We were told this was possible 4 months ago.We did actually get a response from the Dev Rel team saying that this was no longer possible until our app passes review. So the question now is what are the steps in the review process and how long does this take?
We get little tidbits of progress from the Dev Rel team but no clear timeline or steps, so we can't plan on when testing might happen.
