  1. . Receipts do not contain customer name – Fiserv has confirmed that this is a security issue, but keeps coming up as a pain point. Is there any other option available?
    - The only work around would be adding the Customer name within the note field.

  3. As a convenience store owner, the most essential thing is lottery sales. While it's easy to record lottery sales on the register, the lack of a payout function for winning lottery tickets is a significant drawback. Given that lottery sales account for a substantial portion of convenience store revenue, the absence of this feature is difficult to accept. Since it's a simple function involving basic addition and subtraction, I hope that Clover can include this feature.

  4. Can you make the phone number as mandatory on the clover kiosk?

    instead of showing it as optional. make it required!
    then you can use the kds to message customers when orders are ready!

  6. Donation screen feature similar to a tipping screen for non-profits. We are a non profit and would like to have a prompt for donations when completing transactions with patrons. This could be added simply by allowing us to change the Tipping verbiage on the tipping screen to donations.

    The KDS audio notifications can be increased.

    To do this:

    • Quit the KDS app
    • Navigate to Settings / Sound
    • Increase the volume slider for Media volume

    There are no current plans to add support for a bluetooth or usb powered speaker.

  8. Currently tap to pay iphone only works on the owners account, does not work with employee, manager. Needed feature for all employees to be allowed to charge tap to pay iphone.

When creating a recurring payment plan, the "default subtotal" is not clear if it's the total purchase price, or the total the client will pay per month/week/etc. until the total purchase price is paid. Maybe adding "default subtotal per frequency" or "default subtotal for purchase" would help us understand if It's either or.

    Also, after having created a plan, using the example above as a monthly subtotal, after adding the client and payment method, instead of selecting a date range, we could have a dropdown box to choose how many payments the client will make per frequency. So if I…

  10. Over the years, several merchants have brought up the fact that their former point-of-sale (POS) system included a cash drawer functionality. This feature allowed them to start their day by recording the initial cash drawer total. Similarly, at the close of the day, they would record the final cash drawer total. The POS system would then provide feedback, indicating whether their recorded total matched accurately, or if there was an overage or shortage in their cash totals.

  11. Some people still want their receipts printed.
    1. Do away with the image and the fluff on the printed receipts. We want a receipt, and not a Clover advertisement. If you're going to allow us to add our own logo, that would be fine, but please don't bulk up printed receipts up with your bologna! It takes up a full page.
    2. We really DO need to include the customer name on receipts. If it's a security issue, why do other merchant services companies allow it?
