"Car Tracking Mode" For Flex
For Merchants who travel to deliver at-home services or employ their own delivery drivers with COLO, there should be a "car tracking mode" on the Flex that could track drivers on the way to their destinations. It could potentially auto-text the recipient (if they opt-in) and have a KDS integration to show status of delivery including time and distance for a restaurant. This would also be useful reporting for delivery time and time spent at destination averages across industries.
