  1. There needs to be an option to post multiple recurring payments at once back to the emr software. Clicking each individual payment the next day in order to reconcile the patient record is long and tedious process.

  2. We need a custom field for a patient to put their in office patient account number for online payments. If someone with a different last name pays the bill we have no way to track who the payments belongs to. This in a non-identifiable number to anyone but the practice. Entering a name is more of a HIPAA breach than an in-office patient account number.

  3. I need a annual total for each client in order to produce an annual tax receipt.
    In a medical clinic, the patient can claim a tax deduction using this receipt.
    Currently, it is missing and it is a big problem.
