Hi All
We are introducing the ability to have different menus by device. It should be fully rolled out to eligible merchants by early Q4.

An error occurred while saving the comment Brady Waite commentedYou may consider moving your devices into different Merchant ID's to accomplish different pricing for your Kiosks versus Online, etc.. You will end up paying a bit more in monthly fees, but you will be able to have different pricing across different devices.

Clover will be adding a sound to our Kitchen Display System as we are seeing this request often. We do not have the ability to alter the Kitchen printers mad by other manufacturers. If you are interested in a Kitchen Display System (KDS). Please reach out to your Clover representative or reseller.

An error occurred while saving the comment Brady Waite commentedIt is hard to physically see when the Kitchen receipts are printing in a very busy food kitchen. Having a printer buzzer is very important and is a standard feature on the best POS systems on the market.

An error occurred while saving the comment Brady Waite commentedClover support has advised me that Clover Go devices do NOT report total sales with any filters within the Clover dashboard. This is despite the Clover Go Serial Number being listed in the dropdown C060U*****. The ONLY way calculate the total sales from a Clover Go device is to add up the sales from other devices and subtract this total from the "All Devices" total. This discrepancy it the Clover Go total and they said this is how the system is supposed to work.
However, this does not show the total from any 1-particular Clover Go, but from all the Clover Go devices being used.
Please correct this issue within the dashboard to report from Clover Go devices.

An error occurred while saving the comment Brady Waite commentedWe offer Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, however, not all items can be ordered at all times throughout the day. It would be very helpful to be able to only display the items that are available at that time of the day for customers to order.
This way our customers aren't ordering & paying for Breakfast, then showing up to pickup their order that is not available.
It is hard to believe Clover has not implemented a "Daily Menu" feature and it's hard to believe there aren't any Apps that will accomplish this goal.
There is currently no way for a Clover Merchant to prompt customers to enter their full Address information when they are completing a sale through the Clover Online ordering system. The merchant can only require their Zip Code.
Someone posted about this with the title "AVS verification on the online ordering" which says "Completed". However, this has not been completed.
If a Clover merchant has a fraudulent transaction placed through their Clover Online ordering system, then the Clover Chargeback department will ask them to provide evidence of a "full authentication response" or that a "valid 3D Secure response was received."
The Clover Chargeback says "Our records indicate MasterCard 3D Secure was not utilized to authenticate this transaction or that a full authentication response was not received. To challenge this dispute, provide copies of all transaction documentation available to assist the cardholder in recognizing this transaction or provide proof that a valid 3D Secure response was received.
Clover does NOT allow the merchant to get full AVS or 3D Secure from the customer which will make it literally impossible for a Clover Merchant to ever win a chargeback coming from Clover's online ordering system.
