I'm surprised that there is no improvement to this functionality in the last 2 years. I am unable to pull the report I need with the parameters I need ( I have reached out to customer service and received a hard no) and the closest report available can not be run from the Dashboard. this means that I need to perform a very manual process to receive the data that I need. When we switched to Clover, I was told that I would have help with custom reports and I have not experienced that.
