I agree with this post. We have many merchants who are not able to use the online payment link feature for their website because it does not allow their clients to reference an INVOICE # or something similar.
It also does not send the merchant owners or admins a simple email notification when a payment is made on their website.
Please add these 2 very simple but helpful features!

Catering businesses are leaving clover because they can’t do card not present tipping. Is this feature in queue?

We're having to switch merchants away from Clover and to a solution like Valor or Rectangle Health bc Clovers has 0 gateway features for Healthcare merchants. Please get Hippa compliant!!!

Very hopeful the partial refund feature will be available in the web dashboard soon. We are having to push some healthcare merchants to other gateway solutions since Clover has this limitation.

Hello,
Clover is not a HIPPA compliant solution. However, we're looking into supporting this feature in a HIPPA compliant manner.

We agree that this is a common and useful gateway feature. We’ve started implementing this capability and look forward to rolling it out in 2022.

Not having this feature is driving our sales people crazy. It's such a hole in the Clover product offering. Clover has all of the other gateway features in place except for the ability to generate a payment link for a merchants website. Kindly put this into the development queue and get this into production so we don't have to give this business to a different gateway.

We have many merchants who have requested that the dispute tab be available for the owner's admin and manager users. Will this ever be possible?
