Employees: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clovers employee management software. This includes permissions, viewing and editing employee roles, employee satisfaction, scheduling, owner access and more. If you have tipping suggestions, please include these ideas in the Tipping category of the Taking Payments forum.

Engagement: Share your thoughts on Clover’s built-in software that allows businesses to manage customers including viewing/storing customer information.
Clover GO: Clover GO is a mobile POS system designed for businesses that need to accept payments on the go.

Hardware: Ideas related to Clover hardware in the Restaurant space

Inventory: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clover’s inventory management software.

  1. chargeback due to 3D secure not used

    Hi,
    We are seeing chargebacks from Clover online ordering and the reason has been 3D secure was not used. How do we prevent this from happening ? This happened more than once and we use clover online ordering platform and this is where the chargebacks are coming from. Both the times reason was "Visa 3D secure" was not used and we keep losing the disputes. If this continues we'll have to close our doors.
    Anyone from clover can help ? This is urgent.

  2. Clover Online

    Currently for Online stores for retail, there are no shipping or mailing options, there are only instore pickup and door dash delivery. This is limiting merchants from gaining shoppers because you CAN NOT turn both functions off. One must remain on or the website is turned off.

    There is not enough allowed characters for customers to put contact information.

    Categories do not have the ability to add descriptions.

    A lot of work needs to go into improving the online store especially with regard to shipping.

  3. Clover integration with Wix Stores and Ecomm

    Add Clover as a payment provider to Wix Stores, either through their Velo Coding (preferred) or through an agreement (probably not the best route).

  4. Tax should not be calculated on shipping cost

    Customer's shipping cost should not be taxed. There should be an option on the web dashboard to separate shipping amount out from item cost so that sales tax is calculated only on item cost and not on item cost plus shipping.

  6. Allow direct integration with Ecommerce Websites

    Need a full scale online sales plan for retail businesses. From building an integrated website to automated listing of items on Facebook, Ebay, Amazon, Etsy & Walmart (For canada). Specially the feature to upload the pictures of inventory items on Clover (and from there to Website/Ecommerce Platforms)

  7. Missing Print Option for Monthly Statements

    Hi Developers

    Through out the Web Dashboard, you have "Print" hyper links for various displayed lists or reports. So getting things printed to my connected PC printer works seamlessly.

    Yet when you go to the Monthly Statements section you have no way to print the list of statements, or more critical, once you open a statement, you have no way to print it.

    I would like to be able to open a "Clover Plan and App Statement" and then be able to click a "PRINT" button/link and get a report.

    There is currently NO WAY to print one of these…

  8. Separate email address field for online ordering notifications

    Would like the ability to have a different email address to be used for the "New scheduled order from Clover"/online ordering email. Currently it goes to the Owner under the business information. We would like the email field to be added for these notifications, so we can send them to a supervisor at the store location.

  9. Dashboard UI

    As their seems to be 2 different UI versions of the current Clover Dashboard, I'm curious as to why a Merchant can not select which version they like best? The newer dashboard is so much cleaner, and I have 6 MID's using Clover. Half of my MID's being on the older version, and the other half on the newer version. I want to make this standardized for my business, and also allow the users to use what they are comfortable with.

  10. selling by weight online

    selling meat and needing to sell using variable weights, ground beef and other packages have a variable weight. need to be able to set weight range, example .5 to 2 pounds, customer choose # of packages and makes down payment and merchant picks product from pick list and edits actual weight and customer is then charged for remaining balance. example 10 packages could have a weight 0f 10.4 pounds because of uneven volume.

  11. COLO tip setting option

    Clover Online Ordering needs its own tip suggestion control. Currently, it follows the tip settings for in-store Station. Many businesses would like the ability to set different tip suggestions or even turn off tipping for pickup orders.

  12. Text bleed on items with long names and descriptions

    Please fix online ordering. The text bleeds out of the text container.

    For items with long descriptions the text bleeds outside the box and looks really bad. Multiple accounts all with the same issues.
