Welcome to the Clover Retail Forum.  You're here because you are a Clover Retail merchant and would like to submit ideas that you feel would enhance/improve Clover's current offerings in the Retail space.

Employees: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clovers employee management software. This includes permissions, viewing and editing employee roles, employee satisfaction, scheduling, owner access and more. If you have tipping suggestions, please include these ideas in the Tipping category of the Taking Payments forum.

Engagement: Share your thoughts on Clover’s built-in software that allows businesses to manage customers including viewing/storing customer information.

Hardware: Ideas related to Clover hardware in the Restaurant space

Inventory: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clover’s inventory management software.

Orders: Ideas relating to the process of creating and managing Orders.

Reporting: Ideas relating to improving and enhancing Clover’s reporting.

Website: Ideas related to your Clover branded website.

  1. Hi,
    We are seeing chargebacks from Clover online ordering and the reason has been 3D secure was not used. How do we prevent this from happening ? This happened more than once and we use clover online ordering platform and this is where the chargebacks are coming from. Both the times reason was "Visa 3D secure" was not used and we keep losing the disputes. If this continues we'll have to close our doors.
    Anyone from clover can help ? This is urgent.

  2. For the Clover Subscription "Growth Retail" we need the option to include delivery so products can be shipped to the customer's location instead being picked up at the location. Similar to xxxxx eCommerce delivery.

  3. Customers click onto our website will see our logo & branding, then to order > click onto "Order Online" that directs to Clover platform which immediately turns into green. There is no customisation for us other than adding our own logo. We should be able to customise our own brand colour on those banners. It should NOT be difficult to fix. Not Clover green. Clover shouldn't be promoting itself at our cost!!!!

  4. Clover Online Ordering needs its own tip suggestion control. Currently, it follows the tip settings for in-store Station. Many businesses would like the ability to set different tip suggestions or even turn off tipping for pickup orders.

  5. Customer's shipping cost should not be taxed. There should be an option on the web dashboard to separate shipping amount out from item cost so that sales tax is calculated only on item cost and not on item cost plus shipping.

  6. Please fix online ordering. The text bleeds out of the text container.

    For items with long descriptions the text bleeds outside the box and looks really bad. Multiple accounts all with the same issues.

  7. From the Clover online order platform, when items added to cart and check out them, there are picking up time option which says 'For When?' and 2 scroll down options which are 'ASAP (in 20 mins)' and 'Schedule an order'.

    I want to keep only 'Schedule and order' one. My business don't take same day order so I don't want customer select 'ASAP (in 20 mins)' option so I want to remove this option so people don't select it.

    But when I talk a customer service staff, he said removing the 'ASAP' options is not possible and I just don't…
