  1. I need to be able to close out the day manually. Our day does not end at the same time every day. This unit is completely useless to me. I am actually in the works to return it. Just waiting for them to send me a return label. We are going to have to go back to our old machine. How can it have so much technology, but not a manual close?! Could have replaced the camera with a manual close out feature... MUCH more useful!!

  3. we need to be able to control when update occur and not have them during the busiest day of the week. example Friday is very busy.

    We recently had ou sales interrupted because of an update.
    Please note we have 30 clover running.

  8. Partial Refund Feature in Virtual Terminal/Gateway: We were forced to switch to Clover from the Payeezy Gateway for our website sales but they don't offer a partial refund feature! When a customer needs a partial refund for an order there is NO OPTION to do this in the Clover "virtual terminal/gateway." Why did you make us switch to a system that does not support the same features. Now, I have to literally mail a paper check to someone to do a partial refund. I will leave Clover if this feature does not become available soon. It's absurd it doesn't exist.

  9. Improve usability of uservoice:

    . Allow the ability to filter ideas by category when viewing ideas on the forums. There are categories to select when entering an idea (on some forums), but not when viewing.

    . The difference between CATEGORIES and FORUMS is not clear. Are they the same thing?

  10. Account & Setup page on the web dashboard is hard to navigate and hard to find specific settings.
    You have to click thru every link on the page and see if the setting you want it there. If its not, go back to Account & Setup page and click the next one!
    There should be some kind of filter/search that I can type a word into and it will narrow done which possible links that word is under.

  11. You need to ad a section in the inventory area to add vendors! I am having to track my vendors in the Modifier section, we have consigners to track as well. This should be easier!... Look at the quickbooks POS19 or other edition... that is how you should track inventory. I am really diappointed in this system.

  12. I cannot access my account. I have called multiple times. Once that the agents cannot solve my issue. I heard that I cannot have the account set up the way that it is and the agent simply hung up on me. I have never seen a such terrible service like this.

  13. Suggestions and Clover's replies need to be dated. And the canned response that what we're suggesting is planned or under review is not very useful since we can't see how long it's been in that status. For all we know the idea was planned and abandoned or under review and determined not to be viable.

  14. I have customers disputing charges after a purchase. They sign a sales receipt but continue to dispute changes back to their bank. It would help to add additional information on the receipt they sign that they will not dispute these charges before they sign the receipt.

  15. Our company sells different types of passes to our customers. It would be great if we could have a spot on the customer screen where we can list the pass that was purchased with expiration date and then be able to run a report listing the customers and their passes purchased.

  16. 1) We need to be able to add items to an invoice so the client knows what they are paying for vs. receiving a subtotal.
    Manually entering each invoice vs. adding from a list of saved items would be much more efficient.

    2) Having an option of payment date on an invoice (i.e. payable in 14 days, 30 days, etc.)

    3) Having email reminders sent to clients with outstanding invoices at 7 days, 14 days, etc.

  18. The new redesigned Clover Help site is very limited and does not contain all the helpful information the old site had. Are there plans to update the new site with all the information we had access to before?

    There also needs to be a "search" option as there was before.

    We have enhanced the Help Center to provide a more personalized experience for merchants. If you login you can see all the content and there is a search function once you are logged in. Search is now more relevant based on the devices, apps, features, and locale.

  19. Right now on the dashboard, the filter by device shows the device's serial number.

    It would be greatly beneficial to be able to give each device a nickname or friendly name so that filtering by device becomes easier.

    This is extremely useful in places with more than 3 devices, as we currently have 5.

  20. Requesting if there is any way to have a "Pending Invoices" or "Open
    Invoices" report available in Clover. This would make it easier to track
    who has not yet paid on an invoice we sent through the system.
