  1. If a card used has a balance less than the order total it automatically creates a partial payment. The merchants would like the screen to display a pop up message about the partial payment as it's not very noticeable with the appearance it currently has of only showing the remaining balance.

  4. Clover does its best to time rollouts during hours that most merchants are not operating. However, I believe the merchants themselves would know best which days of the week / times of the day it is least disruptive to update their POS software. Would be great to give merchants the option to set "update hours" and then honor them by not releasing any new updates outside of those hours.

  5. Currently the new release of Invoice numbers is only for Card and Check sales the option to add Invoice numbers for Cash sales is not there. Merchant is requesting to have Invoice numbers added to all sale types

  6. Requesting if there is any way to have a "Pending Invoices" or "Open
    Invoices" report available in Clover. This would make it easier to track
    who has not yet paid on an invoice we sent through the system.

  7. Need the order receipt option to Fire when hitting PAY or SAVE. Right now it is fire when hitting pay only or fire when hitting save only, Clover needs the option for both. So that whether they hit pay or save, the order fires to the kitchen printer. This will drastically help fast food restaurants who have drive thrus. Another way to accomplish this would be to be able to adjust the order receipt printing options on each unique device. But that might be more complex and intensive.

  8. Signature settings should apply to each device separately. For instance signature on paper for counter sales & signature on screen for clover mobile with the option to print,email or text receipt.

  9. As a Clover merchant I need the ability to assign a plastic login card to my employees so that they can swipe the card to login to Clover rather than entering their Passcode which can be easily viewed and used by other employees.

  10. The merchant would like the reporting on the device to show cash reports for each device , like it was before the update. Now the total cash sales show and the merchant has to go to the dashboard or to each device and use the option for this device .

    Bar Tabs, also known as Pre-Authorization, is supported in both Register and Clover Dining on all Clover Devices – with the exception of Station Pro.

  12. Every item has a little color next to it, and this color is completely random. So why even have it? It should be able to be used to group similar items together. For example, we do non-dairy (vegan) items, so they could all be purple... It would make it so much easier

  13. A lot of people are asking for the numbers to be pair up with letters while they are ask for there PIN number, just like a cell phone. Most people know the PIN because it is a word and not serie of the number.

  14. Right now on the dashboard, the filter by device shows the device's serial number.

    It would be greatly beneficial to be able to give each device a nickname or friendly name so that filtering by device becomes easier.

    This is extremely useful in places with more than 3 devices, as we currently have 5.

  16. When using the register application the merchant would like to be prompted to add new customer at the end of the transaction, instead of having to key that information before making the sale.

  18. Merchant need assistance to print her reports via clover dashboard stated she tried but it is not printing all of the pages – Advised merchant she has to highlight the info filtered & then choose the print command... Need a print option and filters

  20. Our company sells different types of passes to our customers. It would be great if we could have a spot on the customer screen where we can list the pass that was purchased with expiration date and then be able to run a report listing the customers and their passes purchased.
