Allow the color tabs to be utilized for grouping similar items

Every item has a little color next to it, and this color is completely random. So why even have it? It should be able to be used to group similar items together. For example, we do non-dairy (vegan) items, so they could all be purple... It would make it so much easier

    This idea has been added (Items > Edit > Item Color).

    Really cool that the devs / PMs monitor this platform.
