Option to remove Done button after completing transactions
Merchant has run into issues when not pressing Done and transactions have Voided. Merchant would like to remove the requirement of Done and also have a Voided transaction report generated.

Yes if you can eliminate this option , it’s frustrating hitting done after each transaction , it should be more smooth , when customer hit receipt or no receipt screen should clear and should be ready to take the next customer without being forced to hit done .

Have a time delay of 5 or 10 seconds and then go back to the main Register page. Senseless to have to press Done all the time.

I completely agree. Most merchants forget to press the DONE button after running a sale in the Clover SALE app. They don't have to press DONE when using an FD130 terminal or anything similar. It ends up Voiding the transaction and they don't get paid. They have to call the processor and ask for an Auth log from First Data to get the full cc number so that they can rekey since the customer is already long gone. Please remove the DONE button or create a processing option somewhere to turn it off. Thanks Clover!
