Navigating Clover Help is unnecessarily byzantine and confusing. Searching is also unhelpful as searches cannot be filtered.

    The support/help page is terrible. I could not find several things I was looking for and then had to call support (which took forever to get thru too).

    Clover Help parses its documentation using menus that are incoherent and appear to have no hierarchy, thus users become lost in menus.
