It would be nice if Clover had an adequate support team. When I need support, I don't want to spend 20 minutes on hold waiting for a CSR who can't answer my question.
When I need Clover support, a service that I PAY FOR, I don't want to spent 3 minutes searching for how to contact them, then spend 20 minutes on hold while waiting for a CSR that can't answer my question. How about Clover take care of their customers by hiring an adequate support staff?
