Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

1. Device Setup: Were you able to easily put together and configure your device? Please express your thoughts on the device setup process here. 

2. Individual Device Categories: Share your ideas that have to do with all things hardware including the design, functionality, durability, compatibility, and more.  

3. Accessories/Peripherals: In this category, you can post all your thoughts on Clover accessories and peripherals such as the pin-pad, cash drawer, scales, scanners, and printers.

4. Other Device/Hardware Suggestions: Place your idea here if you have feedback that does not fit in any of the other forum categories.

  1. Clover Go should have access to ring up variable-priced items from the inventory. Currently it will show in the dashboard but it will not reflect in the Clover Go when you are ringing up an item by inventory.

  2. Wants to remove/reduce the sound when device confirms completed sale.

  3. Would like the functionally for Clover Go version 2.5.3 for customer orders opened using the Clover Station under the Customers app to add order, and when paid using Clover Go, to reflect on the customers app as an order for that customer

    There is development ongoing for Clover Go to utilize the Customers app as do the other Clover Devices.

  5. It would be nice if when adding a customer onto a new order that the option would be available to send the add customer page to the customer station for them to fill-out instead of the associate being the one to ask them their information and fill it out. Possible a pop-up asking associate to send page to customer or not.
