Clover Kitchen / Order Ticket Printer Sound - Alarm - Buzzer
We need the ability to alarm kitchen staff when a new order ticket is printed. The kitchen staff cannot constantly stare at the order ticket printer. So many POS/Printers offer the ability or at least a plug-n-play peripheral to make sound, however Clover chose not to build the feature to send signal to printer to make sound. This feature should have been there from the start considering how helpful it is to ensure orders are started timely. Please Please Please make this happen for the thermal order ticket printer.

Audible beep for EMV after completed transaction (Adjustable)
Wants to remove/reduce the sound when device confirms completed sale.
Will help customer remember to take their card.

Online Order Notifications
Online Ordering currently only notifies via email for Scheduled Orders, and Merchant would like to set it so ALL Online orders will send an email notification as just printing to the Clover Mini is not enough as their is no sound associated with the incoming Online order, Merchant either wants the ability to setup an email to notify this or to have the device to provide a sound that an online order has come through.

Option to not print close out on all devices but total all devices
When closing out my batch it prints batch totals to all devices. Want option to close out all devices but only print batch on one device

CLOVER KDS - Not Separating Items By Guest Like Regular Printer
Clover Kitchen Display System (KDS) - Groups similar items together. However, for customers who are using CLOVER DINING SOFTWARE which costs more, the printer separates items by guest, irregardless of wether the items are identical. ALL WE ASK, is that the KDS be a reflection of the regular paper printer, where the orders are separated by guests. CUSTOMERS who order the KDS will more than likely, be the same customer that uses CLOVER DINING. Why would they not design the KDS to separate by CUSTOMER, when that's how Clover Dining Customers are used to operating. PLEASE HELP.

Order Types Set at Device Level
Merchant would like the ability to change the order type default at the device/station level. Merchant uses dedicated devices for dine in and take out/delivery service and it saves them time if the default on that device is set for the type of order that is typically received on that station.

Disable USB
Have the ability to disable/enable the USB ports in the Clover to avoid unauthorized devices being connected. If the USB port is disabled, any device plugged in that port will not communicate or sync with the Clover.

Kitchen tickets settings
Please include setting to print to the kitchen by category. Salad’s together fry’s together burgers together and so on. Two tickets per order 1 by category for the kitchen staff and the 2nd for servers to put it all together for guests

Clover Dining - Change Color of OCCUPIED Tables
Clover Dining OCCUPIED Tables need to be a DARKER Color.
They currently change to a light grey, which you cannot see on the Mini, so you don't know what tables are taken & have open tabs.3 votes -

Add Prices on Kitchen Printers/ let us customize the printer more
It would be great if you can add prices on Kitchen receipt and the full total and tax because the bill receipt is in small letters and you can't change the size like how you can change the front size for the kitchen receipt but can't with the bill receipt.

Font change
A small business owner requested that the Font Size be able to be modified. When asked why, I was informed that in the evening the restaurant turns the lights lower. This makes being able to read the text harder. It would be easier if it was scalable.

would like the enable/disable manual card entry on classic station
Merchant has a clover station classic and the enable/disable manual card entry is not an option for classic station only clover pro. Merchant would like the option on classic station.

Additional Weight Scale Support
Clover System Currently only supports one weight scale (CAS SW-RS). This weight scale is bulky sits on the countertop and has max weight limit of 20lb. It is long overdue that Clover System developer add support for other weight scales.
Here are some examples:
1. Zebra MP7000 scanner scale
2. CAS LP-1000N
3. Datalogic Magellan 9300i/9400i Barcode ScannerI am sure there are more frustrated clover users like me due to lack of other scale support.

merchant would .like the option to remotely access devices from the web dashboard. has been able to do this with another system.,
merchant would like to be able to remote into the devices to troubleshoot and update settings from where ever he is.

in Clover dining, the time on the ticket for drinks is when the order was placed, but when we come to take the food order, the time will be the same as the drink order time. are we able to have the the time the ticket was created for drink and then for food?

device sound
merchant is asking for the feature to be removed or placed at the end of a transaction where it makes a sound to say the payment was successful. States that it is causing confusion for his workers and customers, when t makes the sound, they think the payment is successful and the business is losing money as sometimes it does not go through.

Bring back the Merchant Keypad or make a customer facing PIN pad for the Mini.
A couple years ago Clover offered a merchant keypad to connect to the Mini to have it stay customer facing and allow employees to type the $ amount on the little keypad. Merchants loved that set up. For some reason you got rid of it. Merchants dont like having to turn the device around or buy a whole other mini. That would be great to bring that back or make a PIN pad that can always stay customer facing like the FD35 or RP10.

longer cable for Clover Duo for use in grocery stores with checkout lanes
The Clover Duo version 2 is incompatible with usage at grocery stores with belted checkout lanes.
If you picture the set up, as the cashier you have the workstation in front of you, and the customer facing device to your left. With a 1.5M cable, you cannot get to from where the register stand is to where the customer facing payment device on any belted checkout lane.
With the Duo version 1 I found a work around, but the way the cabling is set up for the version 2, you cant jockey the cables around to make it work.
