  1. This was one of the main selling points for station 2018 and it still is not able to be used. Two drawers opening at once does me no good. Have not even seen a status update to under review on any prior requests.

  2. Firing a CANCELLED or VOIDED/DELETED ticket when an item or order is deleted or cancelled so the kitchen knows to NOT make that item or order

  4. When the kitchen printer goes offline there needs to be a notification that stays on the screen that requires acknowledgment from the server before closing the screen out. Also, when this happens the system should automatically print the kitchen chit on the receipt printer so the server can bring this back to the kitchen staff and let them know there is a printer failure of some sort. Currently, the system only flashes across the screen, puts a tiny little icon on the top of the screen that no one is going to see, and I have to manually redirect the…

  5. Merchants are requesting a more seamless direct integration with a KDS. They are aware of the 3rd party apps but prefer a Clover integration.

  6. Allow an order to be printed to another station printer on the account. Orders flagged with certain labels should be able to be printed to another station instead of having to put in an additional SP700. From a "Server Station" I want anything named "Drinks" to print to a "Bar Station" and anything labeled "Food" to print to the SP700 in the kitchen. This is a VERY common setup for bars and restaurants and having an extra printer behind the bar is a cumbersome and crowded setup.

  7. Merchant is requesting a product enhancement for clover to include the option for custom items to fire directly to the as do labeled items.

  9. Kitchen Printer only has Large and small as the font size option. Customers are requesting medium size as an option also they’re requesting the modifier color be change from red as it may not be legible on some printers.

  10. Allow order types ToGo and Pickup to be printed in RED ink. This would help the kitchen identify those orders immediately and help them prioritize kitchen resources accordingly. Very helpful during busy times!

  12. need the cash drawer to open for signature debit sales. Busy QSRs don't have time to thread the needle of the slot in the front of the cash drawer. If it can open for credit card sales it should open for signature debit sales

  14. Please enable spanish for Clover Station 2018. It's available on the Mini and Flex, and rather easily so. Meanwhile, on our flagship device, the most popular/second most popular language on the planet is not.

  15. IF the medium or small font is chosen and printed on the recommended 1.125 inch long labels, we get 2 orders printed on 1 label. if we choose the large font, we get 1 item per label.. the issue with large font is when we use a lot of modifiers per item - as many as 10 and so with the large font, we cannot see all modifiers

  16. On the Kitchen Printer when it pulls out the ticket it should all read on the left side. Example (Bean Burrito) is on the left (with cheese) should also be on the left not on the right.

    Clover will be adding a sound to our Kitchen Display System as we are seeing this request often.  We do not have the ability to alter the Kitchen printers mad by other manufacturers.  If you are interested in a Kitchen Display System (KDS).   20. After recent update, items printed on kitchen tickets are not separated with a line or spacing options, making the ticket harder to read when multiple items are ordered. A line between items would make reading easier, especially with modifiers.
