  2. Clover Flex needs a drop rating to be able to regularly survive a drop from 42". In meantime, offer a retractable security lanyard to interface w/ K Slot on device

  5. I have the Clover Flex. We use this as our register. We also have staff using the App paired with the Go to make transactions. Post sale on the Go it asks to print, text or email a receipt. When I click print I receive an error message. I would like for the App to work with and print remotely to the Flex Station. When we have the Flex reprint these transactions they ARE NOT itemized, for reasons necessary to my business, this is a huge security problem. Please adjust the app to sync with the Flex printer.   6. Please find a way for the Clover Flex to connect to the Station Duo printer. There should be NO NEED for a merchant to buy a separate bar printer when the Duo printer can be used at the bar.

  7. merchant requesting when a customers sees the option to enter their pin numbers to show numbers and letters as well some customers have their pin with letters instead of numbers .

  8. We would appreciate being able to see the customer name column in the orders app. We realize we can see the name under the "notes" column but we often use this area for actual notes. We also realize we can click on a specific order and then the customer name will appear on the next screen but this is difficult when there are many orders on the list. It would be great if we could see the customer name instead of the order code.

  9. Clover Flex needs the table mapping of clover dining instead of a list. The list of numbers is overwhelming to the eye. The server can't memorize the numbers easily. The visual on the station and mini helps much more than the flex.

  10. restaurants have been asking for a smaller device to accept orders at tables. They would like something geared more towards the size of a Cellular Device instead of the Flex. This would only be allowed to accept orders, not payments

  12. Set a different ringer (and a strident one) when a transaction is declined: to alert the employee who is processing the transaction and avoid for that transaction to pass unnoticed. it has happened in my salon: the screens sequence did not make it clear that a transaction was refused, and no beep came on to make it conspicuous.We got defrauded without being alerted!

  13. I would like to see other options for SIM card providers. AT&T doesn't have a good connection everywhere so having the option for other mobile carriers would allow for more merchants to use the SIM option.

  14. It would be nice if the Clover Flex would be able to connect to ethernet. On the device, it shows it as an option but there is no port for an ethernet cable.

  17. I need to export list of our items that includes the "category" attribute. When I export the inventory from the dashboard i am not seeing the category column.
    Why would the "category" attribute not be part of the items export?

  18. Not asking for verification on a duplicate transaction that happened days/weeks previously.

    We are finding with the new update our flex is now asking at random times to verify that this duplicate transaction is okay. The thing is, it’s the first time a customer is paying today. It’s confusing for staff and customers who assume they will be charged twice.

    I understand the need for verification of the transactions are on the same day/similar timing. But if I have people that only come once a month, I don’t need to be selecting one of these options.

  19. Please reverse recent tipping update. Please remove the dollar amount that appears with tipping %. I would like to see %'s only and no dollar amount on the tipping screen please.

  20. My device charged a customer a duplicate charge while on offline mode, I had to go in and manually refund because the system did it on its own. Only swiped the card one time and entered a signature once. The transactions are 1 second apart for duplicate charges so it must have been the system.
