Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  1. We have customer profiles for ALL of our customers. It saves a TON of time and saves errors when customers put in their information. There is only one app that does this is and it does not work with the system we have... our register screen does not pivot, and the app does not put the form up on the customer-facing screen. This is very important for us...

  2. Every customer is not flexible about sharing their Email ID. So, a phone number is the only way to track a customer's previous order.

    but we are never able to find customers two order together under the same phone number.

    no database is getting saved I believe.

  3. Where can I find a list of customers that have opted into email marketing?

  4. It would be more convenient and safer for the the customers' privacy for them to have them enter their own information on the mini screen of the Duo instead of having to ask the customer, who then must say their information out loud.
